What to Expect
During Your Treatment
Your appointment begins with a personalized consultation to discuss your goals and determine the treatment areas that will provide the greatest benefit.
Hyperdilute Radiesse® is carefully prepared and strategically injected using either a blunt-tip cannula or a fine needle, depending on the treatment area and your individualized treatment plan.
Treatment typically takes approximately 30–45 minutes.
Topical numbing cream may be applied when appropriate, and lidocaine is incorporated into the product to maximize comfort throughout the procedure.
Recovery & Downtime
Most patients experience very little downtime.
Following treatment, you may notice:
Mild swelling
Tenderness
Bruising
Temporary redness at the injection sites
These effects are generally mild and resolve over the following several days.
Most patients return to normal daily activities immediately, although we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, excessive heat, saunas, hot tubs, and alcohol for the remainder of the day to minimize swelling and bruising.
